My mentoring sessions with Jean Church were extremely hard work – in a good way! I was challenged within a supportive framework which demanded that I set tough goals and followed through on my action plan. As a relatively new Managing Director I particularly valued the emphasis on rigorous self, team and Board evaluation and on practical application. The flexibility of Jean’s programme meant that I was able to explore, and implement, new and different strategies to strengthen my leadership skills and approach – evaluation has a whole new meaning!
